Limitation of Liability:

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Watkins Glen Tours be held liable for any injuries upon entering the bus, exiting the bus, or while en route to destinations. In addition, Watkins Glen Tours will not be held liable for any damage to or disappearance of any personal property while on the tour.  Your personal safety and possessions are your responsibility.  In addition, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Watkins Glen Tours and our owners, management, employees, successors and assigns harmless from and against all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses including and legal fees relating to or arising from your use of this site.

Prices and Payments:

All prices are in US Dollars per person and are subject to change without prior notice. The prices shown include applicable taxes for the State of New York, County of Schuyler, wherein Watkins Glen Tours operates from. Payments are accepted through PayPal ONLY, and only in US Dollars. We will not hold, store or use any of your personal banking information. Therefore, any breach of security arising out of your payment must be directed to PayPal and Watkins Glen Tours will hold no responsibility or liability for any problems which may arise out of such payment.

Refund Policy:

Any and all tours purchased from this site are completely non refundable and cannot be transferred to another tour date. There are no exceptions.
